THOMASVILLE — A Thomasville teen in jail since September — when bond was denied — is named in indictments returned Thursday by the Thomas County Grand Jury.

Lee Murray, 17, was indicted on three counts of armed robbery, five counts of possession of a firearm during the commission of a crime, kidnapping, two counts of burglary, aggravated assault, first-degree forgery, three counts of entering motor vehicle with intent to commit theft and possession of tools for the commission of a crime.

The offenses Murray is charged with occurred from July to September of 2003.

Robert Heatly — Crossing guard line with drugs, violation of the Georgia Controlled Substances Act (GCSA).

Jakeya Marshae Washington — Terroristic threats and acts, transmitting a false public alarm.

Tony Ralph Bush — Obstruction of an officer, three counts possession of a firearm by a convicted felon.

Stephen Hyslop — Statutory rape.

Willie Charles Johnson Jr. — Theft by receiving stolen property.

Shemekia Fantay Ponder, Tica Latrelle Hutto — Aggravated assault.

Craig Lorenzo Vail — Theft by taking.

Charlie James Thomas — Two counts of obstruction of an officer, two counts aggravated assault on a peace officer, two counts reckless conduct.
