THOMASVILLE —
The sentencing proceeding in a seafood case involving Thomasville, Cairo and Moultrie men is under way in Valdosta U.S. District.
The proceeding, which began Monday morning, could last as long as two days.
Felony guilty pleas were entered in January by Junior Wayne Harper, Thomasville, Byron James Puckett, Cairo, and Ronald Irvin Burdette, Moultrie.
A felony guilty plea also was entered by Charles Stacy Logue, East Point, Fla.
