THOMASVILLE —
A woman has been charged with aggravated assault and her husband with several offenses, including arson, in a Monday early morning fire.
Jamie Lynn Hale, 29, is charged with aggravated assault, while her husband, Christopher Brian Hale, 24, is charged with burglary, arson and three counts of cruelty to children.
When Thomas County Sheriff’s Office deputies arrived at the 110-A Ganyard Hill Lane mobile home, Hale was running away from the residence and into woods with her children, said Capt. Steven Jones, sheriff’s office public information officer.
“The house was on fire,” Jones said.
