West Campus open house set

THOMASVILLE — On Friday, Thomas University will hold an open house for its West Campus located about a mile from the Main Campus at 1550 Magnolia St.

During the open house, visitors can tour the renovated gymnasium and the Student Life Center. TU Athletics teams have already been using the gymnasium for practices. The Student Life Center includes offices for the Athletics staff, Student Life staff and the GEAR UP staff. The Student Life Center also features a training room and a fitness center.

The former Magnolia High School campus, Thomas University purchased the property in early 2011 and began renovating the gymnasium and the former Chappelle building in December 2011.

The open house program will begin at 10 a.m.
