THOMASVILLE —
For the past 18 months, Rico Walker has been making a difference in the lives of children. Walker started “Relief From the Streets (RFTS),” a nonprofit organization that helps children from ages 8-17.
After much adversity in his life, Walker found Christ in his life, leading to a personal transformation.
“I found my purpose of what I needed to be doing,” Walker said. “Helping people has always been something I wanted to do. God put it in my heart to help young men.
“I can relate to what they have been through and are going through. I’ve been there.”
