THOMASVILLE —
Mud trenches, cargo climb, a military low crawl and even a pond swim may have some people thinking about the physical challenges at boot camp.
But this time, it's not boot camp. It's The Next Level Challenge, and it's only a few days away.
On Saturday, Feb. 23, participants will be competing to benefit a local 16-month-old girl.
The Next Level Challenge is a 5K obstacle course cvent. All proceeds will go to Justin Stephens and his premature baby, Madison Grace.
Madison has undergone multiple brain surgeries and countless trips to Atlanta for medical care since being born on Oct. 10, 2011.
“We just want to do our part to help them out and make sure that Madison is on the up-and-up,” Danny Copeland said.
See Friday's edition for more details.
