Brookwood wins 13th straight

QUINCY, Fla. — The Brookwood Warriors raced to an 11-0 lead on Saturday. Then they had to hold off a late Robert F. Munroe charge to win their 13th straight.

Brookwood improved to 18-2 with an 11-10 victory.

James Casanova, who had a double and two RBIs, notched the win. Byron Strickland recorded the save. He also went 3-for-5 with three RBIs. Hampton Worthey also tallied three hits and three RBIs.

Brookwood will play at GISA Region 3-AA foe Terrell Academy on Tuesday.
