Brookwood’s golf team finished fourth at the GISA Class AA championship on Monday in Jekyll Island. Brookwood finished with a 318.
Julia Hilson carded a 78 on the par-72 Pine Lakes Course. Teammate Chandler Barnes finished with a 79. Luke Howard followed with an 80 and Taylor Patterson scored an 81. Hayes Eifort added an 88.
Hilson missed making all-state by one stroke. She is in eighth grade and played most of the season on the junior varsity before moving up to varsity the last couple of weeks.
Frederica won the tournament with a 308.
