THOMASVILLE —
Dr. and Mrs. Jim Story, co-directors of the Rose City Run events, have announced the 36th annual Rose City 10K Run is at 8 a.m. on Saturday, April 27.
The 34th annual Rose City One Mile Run for children 12 and under will also be held at 9:30 a.m. on April 27.
At 8:30 a.m. on April 20, the Saturday preceding the run events, the 32nd annual Rose City 5K Walk will be held. Last year there were 1,980 participants to enter the Rose City Run events.
The results of last year’s events along with applications for this year’s events will appear in a brochure that will be inserted in the Jan. 30 edition of the Thomasville Times-Enterprise.
