Rant & Rave Nov. 20

“I want to rave about the Democrats. They make be proud to be an American. They help pay for my house, they send me money to buy food, they send me a tax refund even though I don't work, they give me a ride and a cell phone. And all they want in return is my vote.”

“It's funny how the health care bill does not go into effect until 2013. This way Obama can get re-elected before everyone sees the disaster that it will cause.”

“Obama can’t blame Bush forever.”

“Let’s be fair. President Obama should get a pass for the next two years. We gave Bush eight years of being pathetic.”

“Of all the fights you right-wingers want to fight, why try to stop something so desperately needed by so many of your fellow Americans?”

“I sure hope the health care bill gets passed so I can get the medication and care I need but can't afford.”

“Finally! Randy Young writes something I agree with.”

“Giving judges who are already overpaid a raise and ignoring the underpaid county employees is a shame and disgrace.”

“I saw a Thomas County transit bus whose driver was talking on a cell phone. The bus, which had passengers, almost rear-ended someone. Isn’t this something that needs to be addressed?”

“No one in government deserves a raise until a majority of folks in the private sector starts getting them.”

“Claud Davis for president.”
