Rant & Rave March 12

“Democrats continue to meet behind closed doors. Isn't it obvious that something's wrong here? They work for us!”

“Democrats are trying to circumvent every rule of Congress to pass unconstitutional health care reform. Everyone should join the Freedom Line.”

“We don't want the trucks tearing up the dirt roads, but yet off-road mud bogging won't be allowed? Can we not use the generated revenue?"

“I don't often agree with Randy Young, but his column on Wednesday on health care hit it on the nose. Good job."

“Anytime average citizens take on a corrupt government that's trying to pass a bill violating all the constitutional rights of all Americans, it's front-page news! That's not biased coverage. It's ethical and responsible reporting that benefits all members of the community, even ignorant, ungrateful ones!”

“Randy, first, the public option is not in the new health care bill. Second, we are already paying for the health care of those who cannot afford insurance because health care providers increase their costs to paying customers to cover their losses for those who cannot pay. I can't say that I agree with all of the health care bill, but to say now is not the time to do something is a cop-out. When exactly do you think it would be time? I bet your thoughts would be different if you didn't have that good insurance you and your family get because you are a teacher.”
