Memorial services for Sara Frances Hancock Courson Futch, 82 of Thomasville will be held at 6:30 pm, Wednesday, January 9, 2013 at Celebration Church, where she was a member. Pastor Ron Wilkerson will officiate. Mrs. Futch passed away January 5 at her residence. Born August 3, 1930 in Thomasville, she was the daughter of the late Mr. & Mrs. George Hancock. She was married to M.E. Courson, who preceded her in death. She is survived by her sons, Wayne Futch and wife Karen of Conyers, Ga and David Futch of Rome, Ga; grandchildren, Marisa Futch, Amanda Futch, and Gary Futch; 4 great grandchildren; niece, Virginia Pierce of Florida and special friends, Faye Stoll, Sherrill Snipes and Gail Brooks.
