Virgieline Robinson Daniel

Graveside services for Virgieline Robinson Daniel, of Hartsfield, are at 2 p.m., Saturday, Sept. 4, 2010, at New Bethel Baptist Church in Colquitt County. The Rev. Ralph Harrell will officiate and Bud West will assist. Mrs. Daniel passed away at her residence on Tuesday, Aug. 31, 2010.  Born May 10, 1935, in Mitchell County, Ga., she was the wife of the late William K. Daniel Jr. to whom she was married on Jan. 3, 1953.  She was a homemaker and loved playing cards, especially Books and Runs.  She was a daughter to the late Geddie and Lillian Shiver Robinson. Survivors include her sons, William Kirby Daniel III of Hartsfield, Roger Glenn Daniel of Baconton, Jeff Daniel of Hartsfield; grandchildren, Jason Autry, Abe Autry, Daniel Autry, Jana Daniel Nixon, Michael Daniel and Matthew Daniel; eight great-grandchildren; sisters, Vertice Farmer of Moultrie, Myrtice Aldridge of Pelham and Peggy Henderson of Brunswick. She was preceded in death by her husband, William K. Daniel Jr.; a daughter, Debra "Debbie" Ann Daniel Autry; and her parents, Geddie and Lillian Shiver Robinson. — Jamerson-Braswell Funeral Home
