Services for Charles Thomas Leviner, 67, Cairo, are at 3 p.m. Sunday, March 3, 2013, at Whiddon-Shiver Funeral Home, with the Rev. Ronald Kirkland officiating. Mr. Leviner died Friday, March 1, 2013, at his residence in Cairo. A son of the late James Archie Leviner and Lula Turner Leviner, he was born June 14,1945, in Moultrie. He was a self-employed carpenter and spent several years in Nashville, Tenn., singing and playing music he loved dearly. He was married to Mearilyn B. Leviner of Cairo, who survives. In addition to his wife, he is survived by daughters, Venice Causey (Donnie), Whigham, Amy Lacy, Thomasville, Nikki Wiedemann (Phil), Atlanta, Rhonda Singletary, Cairo; and grandchildren, Clay Ulmer (Neva), Kenan Lacy, Ansley Lacy, Morgan Singletary, McKenzie Singletary, Jordyn Singletary.
