Funeral services for Dora King of Cairo will be held at 3:00 p.m. on Sunday, February 10, 2013 at Beautiful Light Missionary Baptist Church in Cairo. Rev. Morris Evans will officiate services with interment to follow at Crestview Cemetery in Cairo. Pallbearers will be Lorenzo Draggs, Frederick Edwards, Kevin Edwards, Ronald Edwards, Marvin Hardy and Demetris Harris. Ms. King was born in Calvary on May 27, 1937 to the late Tommy and Rosa Clark King. She was a member os Beautiful Light Missionary Baptist Church of Cairo and a graduate of Washington High School in Cairo. Ms. King was a lifelong resident of Grady Co. and she departed this life on Monday, February 4, 2013 at Archbold Memorial Hospital in Thomasville. Survivors to cherish her memory include her sons Tommy Harris (Jennett) of Rochester, NY and Charles Harris of Cairo; daughters Pamela Harris, Theresa Harris and Telisa Harris (Marvin) all of Cairo; sisters Virginia King, Bertha King and Rosa Bozeman all of Rochester, NY; brothers-in-law Edwin Harris and Walter Bailey both of Pelham; friend Jimmie L.
