Ilene Denise Scott

THOMASVILLE —

Services for Ilene Denise Scott, 47, of Thomasville at 3:00 p.m. on Saturday, December 22, 2012 at Silver Hill Missionary Baptist Church, Coolidge.  Dr. Warren C. Hope will be officiating services.  Ms. Scott was born on December 4, 1965 to the late J.B. and Cora Scott.  She was a member of Silver Hill Missionary Baptist Church and a graduate of Central High School.  She was a lifelong resident of Thomas County and Ms. Scott departed this life on Friday, December 14, 2012 at Archbold Memorial Hospital in Thomasville.  Survivors to cherish her memory include her brother Randolph Scott (Katie) of Valdosta; sister Christine Ross of Thomasville; brother Franklin Scott (Julia) of Cairo; sister Marilyn Barnwell (Major) of Coolidge; brother Zackery Scott (Cheryl) of Hope Mill, North Carolina; sister Cynthia Armster of Thomasville.  The visitation will be on Friday from 3:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. at the funeral home.  The remains will lie instate at the church from 1:00 p.m. until the funeral hour with no viewing following the eulogy. — Hatcher-Peoples Funeral Home
