THOMASVILLE —
Citizens focused on animal cruelty will conduct the group’s third meeting at 6:30 p.m. Tuesday at Thomas County Emergency Services Center, 1202 Remington Ave.
Participants have been separated into three groups: legislation, education and fundraisers.
A monetary donation has been made to be used as reward money in cruelty cases, said Pat Smith, Thomas County animal control director.
The money would go to someone upon an arrest and conviction in an animal cruelty case.
