THOMASVILLE —
The City of Thomasville will begin repairing a section of sanitary sewer within the intersection of Jackson Street and Madison Street Monday morning.
During construction, Madison Street, from Remington Avenue to Jefferson Street, will be closed, along with Jackson Street, from Broad Street to Stevens Street.
Construction is expected to take about one week.
From Nov. 12 through Nov. 21, the railroad crossing that separates the rear fields at Remington Park from fields off Remington Avenue will be closed for construction.
Rear fields will be accessible from Wiley Grady Drive only. All other fields will still be accessible from Remington Avenue.
