THOMASVILLE —
An April fire at a Thomasville apartment complex has been ruled accidental.
No charges will be filed in the April 22 blaze at Villa North Apartments, 510 Old Albany Road, said Capt. Tim Connell of Thomasville Fire/Rescue.
The fire began in the living room of one of the four apartments damaged in the blaze.
Damage was estimated at $200,000.
“That covers four units,” Connell explained.
The late-afternoon blaze began in an apartment Building O and was under control within an hour.
Two women were injured when they jumped from the second floor of the burning building.
