THOMASVILLE —
Regular patrons of the Thomas County Public Library’s (TCPLS) main library on Madison St. in Thomasville and residents who have never visited the library before are cordially invited to attend a re-dedication ceremony and open house at the newly expanded and renovated building from 2 p.m. to 4 p.m. on Sunday.
The event will kick off with a rededication ceremony in front of the library with the Thomasville High School ROTC presenting the flag and an invocation. Visitors will be able to wander through the library and learn about its collection of materials and many services, however, no items will be checked out on Sunday. Light refreshments will be served by Friends of the Library volunteers.
