THOMASVILLE —
Grady County is one step closer to finding a new superintendent.
On April 15, the new superintendent is scheduled to be announced.
On Sunday, Grady County Board of Education members will receive a list of applicants from the Georgia School Board Association. At the meeting, school board members will review the applications along with their rankings.
“We are hoping to narrow the field from 34 candidates,” said Scott Higginbotham, Grady County school board member.
The candidates selected will be interviewed throughout next week.
See Wednesday's edition for more details.
