8:30 a.m. — The Grady County Board of Commissioners will hold a special called meeting in the first floor courtroom at the Grady County Courthouse. The purposes of the meeting are to adopt the operating budget, a SPLOST capital spending plan, a pay plan/pay classification, and the millage rate.
