THOMASVILLE — Bond was denied for three Thomasville men charged with sex-related crimes involving four teenage girls.
A Tallahassee, Fla., man also is wanted in the case.
Police responded to a U.S. 19 North motel about 8 a.m. Sunday, after a Thomasville woman found her daughters and two other teens in a room at the business.
The woman learned her daughters, ages 16 and 15, had been out all night and were at the motel.
She found out which room the girls were in and knocked on the door.
“Males ran out,” said Capt. Troy Rich, commander of the Thomasville Police Department Criminal Investigations Division.
Police found alcoholic beverage bottles and two more females, ages 13 and 16, in the room.
“The mother questioned her daughters, and one admitted sexual activity had taken place,” Rich said. “She immediately took her daughter to the (Archbold Memorial Hospital) emergency room for examination.”
Also on Sunday, parents of the 13-year-old learned their child had sexual intercourse with the adult males. Subsequently, the girl was examined at Archbold.
Trace evidence was gathered in both examinations.
“Physical and trace evidence was recovered from the room by the crime scene investigation unit,” Rich explained.
The officer said three of the males had some type of sexual activity with the 13-year-old, including sexual intercourse.
Those charged in the case are:
• Rashad Jackson, 24, 555 Cassidy Road, statutory rape, enticing a child for indecent purposes.
• Robert McCray, 24, 119 Pageant Lane, child molestation, enticing a child for indecent purposes.
• Olen Turner, 26, 605 N. Martin Luther King Drive, child molestation, enticing a child for indecent purposes.
• David Johnson, 26, 2711 Allen road, Tallahassee, child molestation, enticing a child for indecent purposes.
Jackson, McCray and Turner surrendered Monday and Tuesday after initial questioning by detectives. Johnson was given a chance to surrender, but did not.

Jackson is accused of having sex with a 15-year-old. The age of consent in Georgia is 16.
“The other three males are being charged with child molestation due to their criminal act involving a 13-year-old, according to Georgia statute,” Rich explained.
An adult having sex with a 13-year-old — or any activity that can lead to self-gratification for the adult — is considered child molestation, the officer added.
Rich explained enticing a child charges: “They brought them there, they provided alcohol, they played sexual games, which later led to the sexual activity.”
