Mildred Law Beninato

Services for Mildred Law Beninato, 90, of Ochlocknee, are at 11 a.m., Saturday, Nov. 7, 2009, at Allen and Allen Funeral Chapel. The Rev. Nathan Fowler will officiate and interment is in Sunset Memorial Gardens. Mrs. Beninato went to be with her Lord Jesus Christ and the home prepared for her on Nov. 5, 2009. Born, Oct. 24, 1919, in Meigs, she was the daughter of the late J.B. and Alma White Law. She was married to Lucian (Benny) Beninato, who preceded her in death. She was a homemaker and a member of Little Ochlocknee Baptist Church. Survivors include a sister, Elaine (Glenn) Radney of Monticello, Fla.; nephews, Lynol (Judy) Alligood of Ochlocknee and David Sullivan of Atlanta; nieces, Sharon (Ken) Maxwell of Carrollton, Pam Land of Whitesburg, Sheryl Sullivan Sprayberry of McDonough, Vicky Dennis of Houston, Texas, Deidra Dray of Jacksonville, Fla. and Glennis Wasserman of Long Beach, MS. She was preceded in death by brother, Paul Alligood, W.J. Law, Kiness Law, Elmo Law and Velpo Law; sisters, Remelle Brock, Lillian Sullivan and Dovelyn Stephens. The family would like to thank the wonderful people at Pelham Parkway Nursing Home for their loving care given her during the past few years.
